Spring-friendly landscaping and gardening series

Suwannee County UF/IFAS Master Gardener volunteers are continuing their Spring-Friendly Landscaping & Gardening Series. This month’s topic is “Fertilizers and Fertilizing Your Landscape” on April 2. This series is offered on the 1st Thursday of every month at 10 am.

Other topics to be discussed throughout the series include: Plants to Attract Wildlife, Those Pesky Insects Attacking Your Landscape, Blueberries, Palms In The Landscape, Preparing For Your Fall Vegetable Garden, Cool Season Vegetable Varieties and Seed Starting, Cool Season Bedding Plants and Bulbs.

The classes will be held at The Whistlestop which is located at 12224 County Road 10A in Wellborn.
